Transit times to United States, Canada, UAE are generally two days, maximum five in peak periods.
Transit times to Africa, Central and South America are generally three days, maximum five in peak periods.
All remaining places are reached within 5 days from shipping date.
Online orders cannot be handled with alternative couriers than DHL Express.

DHL tracking number will be provided by email, together with the invoice, at the time of the shipment.

Freight costs are automatically calculated by DHL based on the weight and volume of the products ordered and the final destination.
Purchase orders for products available in stock and received by 12.00 (Central European Time (CET), UTC +1, will be shipped the same day.
If received later than 12.00 (Central European Time (CET), UTC +1, they will be shipped the next day.
There are no extra costs for shipments within the European Union.
As regards shipments outside the European Union, the costs for customs duties are borne by the customer.
Customs duties will be requested to be paid by DHL at the time of customs clearance of the goods in the importing country. The customer will receive an email from DHL at the email address saved in our system.
However, for certain destinations, we have the possibility to prepay the customs duties whether expressly requested by the customer by writing to info@youdiesel.com

by the World Customs Organization-WCO (World Customs Organization-WCO).
This numbering is used in trade between nations, both in exports and
in imports, to allow clear and rapid identification of the goods handled.
This is a consumption tax charged to the importer. The VAT rate applied may change depending on the country of import or based on the type of goods.
Whoever receives the shipment is required to pay customs duties, unless, at the time of stipulation
of the contract, sender and recipient have agreed different agreements (e.g. charges to be borne by the
sender).

The following countries benefit from the free trade agreements made with the European Union which allow for reduced or no import duties for all the products made in European Union, Italy included.
Thanks to these agreements, the customer residing in the following countries will benefit from reduced or zero customs duties since most of our products are made in Italy / European Union.
